SpaceX successfully launched its latest batch of Starlink satellites on Saturday afternoon from Vandenberg Space Force Base. This was the company’s 111th orbital launch from the base and its 200th overall.
The mission used a Falcon 9 first stage booster, tail number B1075, which has previously flown on 16 other missions, including the Transporter-11 rideshare and Starlink launches. The booster landed back on the SpaceX droneship ‘Of Course I Still Love You’ after about eight minutes of flight, marking its 119th successful landing.
The launch is part of SpaceX’s ongoing efforts to expand its global internet connectivity through its Starlink satellite constellation.
