SpaceX is preparing for its second Starlink launch this month from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The company’s Falcon 9 rocket will launch the 230th orbital launch from SLC-40, with liftoff scheduled for 3:54 a.m. EST.
Live coverage begins an hour prior to liftoff, courtesy of Spaceflight Now. This mission marks the 21st time Booster 1069 will be launched into space, previously on missions such as CRS-24 and Starlink flights.
The rocket is expected to land on SpaceX’s droneship “Just Read the Instructions” about eight minutes after launch. If successful, it would be the booster’s 108th landing on JRTI and the 404th landing overall.
On board are 21 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct-to-Cell capabilities, for a significant upgrade to global internet connectivity.
