SpaceX has successfully deployed its Starlink satellites after launching 27 V2 Mini satellites into orbit from Vandenberg Space Force Base. The launch, which was delayed by one day, took place on Monday, April 28, at 1:42 p.m. PDT.
The Falcon 9 first-stage booster, B1063, used for this mission, made its 25th flight and is the second most flown booster for SpaceX, tied with another booster. This launch marks a significant milestone in the company’s efforts to provide global internet connectivity through its Starlink constellation.
Just over eight minutes after liftoff, the booster successfully landed on the SpaceX droneship ‘Of Course I Still Love You’ in the Pacific Ocean.
