SpaceX has announced two Falcon 9 rocket launches from Florida’s Space Coast over the Veterans Day weekend. The first launch, scheduled for Sunday at 4:28 p.m., will send 24 Starlink satellites into orbit. Backup opportunities are available until 8:28 p.m. If needed, further backup opportunities will be available starting on Monday.
The second launch, Koreasat-6A, is set for Monday afternoon from the Kennedy Space Center with a four-hour window opening at 12:07 p.m. This mission marks the 23rd flight of the Falcon 9 first stage booster, which previously launched several notable missions. After the separation, the booster will land on Landing Zone 1 (LZ-1) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
Both launches will be streamed live by News 6 when they occur.
