Spirit Airlines Updates Dress Code Policy

Spirit Airlines has introduced stricter dress codes, effective Wednesday, banning passengers with inadequate clothing like see-through attire exposing private areas or offensive tattoos from flying. The policy, part of updated contracts, also prohibits removing shoes and boarding without proper footwear. Two women were removed last year for wearing crop tops, and a Texas man was ejected after an offensive hoodie, though he eventually left the plane. Spirit remains under contract discussions following its bankruptcy filing, while other airlines have similar no-shoe policies. FOX Business has reached out for comment on the new rules.
