GSC Game World’s open-world survival shooter STALKER 2 has received its third post-launch patch, addressing various bugs and performance issues. The latest update, Patch 1.0.3, improves stability on both Xbox and PC platforms.
Key fixes in Patch 1.0.3 include:
* Multiple crashes and memory leaks have been addressed
* Controls adjustments were made to decrease input lag on keyboard and mouse input
* Default values for mouse sensitivity were updated
* Main and side mission issues, such as NPC behavior and loot despawning, were fixed
* AI-related issues, including mutant body stretching and door blocking, were resolved
* Saves are now more reliable after a hard reboot of the PC or Xbox
Patch 1.0.3 also disables mouse smoothing and acceleration by default to reduce input lag. The update aims to improve the overall gaming experience on both platforms.
