The Starbucks mobile app is experiencing service issues nationwide, causing problems for customers who are trying to order online. According to DownDetector.com, the outage has received over 2,100 customer reports.
Despite the technical issues, Starbucks stores themselves remain operational. The fall menu, which includes seasonal favorites like the Pumpkin Spice Latte and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, is available in-store. New additions to the menu include protein-infused beverages with up to 36 grams of protein per drink.
However, some workers at Starbucks locations are on strike in Kentucky and other states, demanding better pay and hours. The company has stated that it is willing to negotiate with the union to resolve these issues.
