Starbucks has reversed its policy allowing anyone, regardless of payment status, to use its cafes, patios, and restrooms. The company made the change as part of CEO Brian Niccol’s plan to make Starbucks locations more appealing and less frenetic. As of now, free refills are available to both rewards members and non-rewards members.
