Stellantis has announced the appointment of an Interim Executive Committee (IEC) to oversee the company on behalf of the Board of Directors, effective immediately. The IEC will be led by John Elkann and comprise executives from various departments, including Human Resources and Heritage, Engineering and Technology, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and Finance.
The committee members are:
* Xavier Chéreau: Human Resources and Heritage
* Ned Curic: Engineering and Technology, Software and Free2move
* Arnaud Deboeuf: Manufacturing and Supply Chain
* Antonio Filosa: America’s regions, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Maserati Design
* Béatrice Foucher: Planning
* Jean-Philippe Imparato: Enlarged Europe, Pro One, and Abarth
* Douglas Ostermann: Finance
* Maxime Picat: Purchasing and Supplier Quality
* Philippe de Roivira: Affiliates
The IEC will be supported by Executive Vice Presidents Bertrand Blaise (Communications and CSR), Olivier Bourges (Customer Experience), Giorgio Fossati (General Counsel), and others. Richard Palmer has been appointed as the Special Adviser to the Chairman, providing a sounding board for the leadership team.
This appointment comes ahead of the new permanent Chief Executive Officer’s arrival, which is expected to be concluded by mid-2025. Stellantis’ Dare Forward 2030 strategy aims to achieve carbon net zero mobility tech company status by 2038, with single-digit percentage compensation of remaining emissions.
