Tech Use Linked to Lower Cognitive Decline Risk

A study published in Nature Human Behavior found that people aged 40+ who engaged with digital technology had a 58% lower risk of cognitive impairment. Researchers believe that adapting to and using digital devices stimulates the brain, reducing the likelihood of decline.
