Tesla Offers 3 Months Free Supercharging and FSD with New Orders

Tesla is boosting its incentive package for customers taking delivery of new cars in North America this year, offering three months of free Supercharging and a three-year Full Self-Driving (Supervised) beta software subscription. The move aims to meet Elon Musk’s ambitious goal of delivering a record number of cars by the end of 2024.

As part of its efforts to exceed vehicle delivery projections, Tesla is also counting on the potential changes in federal tax incentives for electric vehicles. The $7,500 tax credit, introduced under the Inflation Reduction Act, may be eliminated or reduced if Trump’s administration proceeds with plans to rescind it.

The new promotion targets customers purchasing “new inventory” Teslas, meaning cars that are already built and ready for delivery. Those who take delivery before December 31 will receive the free Supercharging and FSD benefits. However, custom-ordered vehicles are excluded from this deal, and postponed deliveries are not allowed.

Tesla’s incentives come as analysts predict aggressive finance promotions globally in the fourth quarter. The company has a history of offering similar incentives, including three months of free Supercharging for buyers taking delivery of certain models by August 15, and a $5,000 bundle for Model S and X owners.
