Tesla Owners’ Map Sparks Controversy Amid Vandalism Attacks

A new online map, DOGEQUEST, is highlighting locations of Tesla owners, dealerships, and Superchargers across the US, as well as addresses and phone numbers linked to Trump administration officials, including Elon Musk. The site has been criticized for its role in facilitating vandalism against Tesla properties.

US Attorney General Pam Bondi called the attacks “nothing short of domestic terrorism.” Several perpetrators have already been charged with crimes related to the vandalism. President Donald Trump has commented on the issue, calling some of the attackers “patriots” and suggesting that they are left-wing activists.

The DOGEQUEST map allows users to find Tesla service centers, showrooms, and charging stations near their locations. The site claims it does not endorse or condemn any actions but has been taken down temporarily due to anticipated hacking attempts. Six Tesla owners have confirmed that some information on the site is accurate, although others report outdated phone numbers.

Tesla has responded by advising users to enable Sentry Mode, which alerts them to potential threats and records footage in real-time. Elon Musk has condemned the attacks as “insane and deeply wrong,” stating that Tesla has done nothing to deserve them.
