A devastating flood at a waterpark-style campground along the Guadalupe River in Central Texas has claimed dozens of lives and left many more missing. The HTR TX Hill Country R.V. Park & Campground, which was marketed as a tranquil getaway, was ravaged by flash floods on July 4.
