CD Projekt SA has revealed the long-awaited ‘Witcher IV’, featuring the series’ adopted daughter, Ciri, as the protagonist. The nearly six-minute trailer showcases Ciri saving a young woman from being sacrificed by her father and slaying a monster using swordplay and magic. The game is built on customized Unreal Engine 5 technology, but a release date has yet to be announced. This new installment promises to bring a fresh perspective to the popular fantasy roleplaying series, following in the footsteps of Geralt of Rivia, Ciri’s father.
