Three Teams Begin Super Bowl LVII Offseason Programs Today

The Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, and New York Jets kick off their voluntary offseason programs on Monday, with a focus on getting to know new head coaches Mike Vrabel, Aaron Glenn, and Ben Johnson respectively. Seven NFL teams with new head coaches will start early, including the Jacksonville Jaguars and Las Vegas Raiders.

While other teams will join later, with the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints starting their programs on April 14, this marks a crucial phase in the lead-up to Super Bowl LVII at Levi’s Stadium. The nine-week program includes a one-week mandatory minicamp in June, outside of Phase One which focuses on meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation until the end of week two.

This voluntary phase sets the tone for the 2025 NFL campaign, with new coaches aiming to build relationships and implement their systems before the start of the season.
