Top semiconductor companies for 2025 have been announced, and the rankings show that Nvidia continues to hold the top spot. The company’s datacentre revenue accounts for a significant portion of its total revenue, with Q4 2025 numbers showing 90% contribution.
Nvidia’s full-year revenue rose by 65% year-over-year (YoY) to $205.7 billion, and it now shares over half of the top-ten revenue market. Broadcom took second place with a 30% YoY growth in custom silicon and AI networking products, reaching $39.7 billion.
Qualcomm ranked third, growing by 12% YoY to nearly $38.9 billion. AMD secured fourth place with more than 30% YoY datacentre revenue growth, increasing its total revenue by 34% to $34.6 billion.
Other notable rankings include MediaTek at fifth place ($19.1 billion up 16% YoY), Marvell sixth ($8 billion up 43% YoY), and Realtek seventh with a decline in Q4 but a full-year revenue of $3.9 billion.
