Top Snubbed Players from Trae Young to Domantas Sabonis

The 2025 NBA All-Snub team has been revealed, featuring some of the league’s most deserving players who didn’t make the cut for the All-Star Game. Atop the list are Trae Young and Domantas Sabonis, two three-time NBA All-Stars.

Young, an Atlanta Hawks guard, is averaging a career-high 11.4 assists per game while scoring 22.7 points, but his team’s poor 22-25 record likely cost him a spot in the All-Star Game.

Sabonis, a center for the Sacramento Kings, was snubbed despite averaging an NBA-best 42 double-doubles and 14.5 rebounds per game. The only reasons for the snub were the Kings’ 24-23 record and team drama.

Other notable players on the list include LaMelo Ball, Devin Booker, Kyrie Irving, Zach LaVine, Tyrese Maxey, Norman Powell, and Franz Wagner. Each of these players had impressive seasons, but their teams struggled to secure them a spot in the All-Star Game.

The snubbed players are a testament to the competitive nature of the NBA, where even the most deserving players can fall short due to team performance or other factors.
