US President Donald Trump has announced a deal with China to keep TikTok running in the US, despite Beijing’s suggestion that the platform’s algorithm would remain under Chinese control.
TikTok’s US assets are expected to transfer from ByteDance to new American owners under the agreement. The move ends months of uncertainty ahead of a government deadline for the app to sell or shut down.
Meanwhile, Amazon has expanded its ad integration with SiriusXM, giving advertisers more ways to buy audio inventory through its Digital Supply Platform (DSP).
The update introduces programmatic guaranteed deals and allows users to transact via private marketplaces. It also enables the uploading of SiriusXM’s first-party data to Amazon Publisher Cloud.
