President Donald Trump announced Wednesday that the US will strike Iran “very hard” over the next two to three weeks, saying it’s time for the country “to make a deal before it’s too late.” Trump also claimed that Iran is no longer a threat and that the US has made significant progress in its military campaign.
However, France’s President Emmanuel Macron pushed back on Trump’s comments, saying that allies must stand by their commitments and that the US cannot expect support for the Iran war because “this is not our operation.”
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it had attacked an Oracle data center in Dubai, as well as two drones targeting a US diplomatic facility near Baghdad International Airport in Iraq.
Meanwhile, Israel claimed to have killed a top Iranian official responsible for funding the regime’s military operations and terror networks through oil revenues. The Israeli Air Force also carried out strikes against mobile train cars concealing Iranian command centers.
The US has been locked in a conflict with Iran since February 28th, and tensions are escalating as both sides trade accusations and threats.
