Twin Brothers’ Memorial Takes Over Philadelphia High School

Twin brothers Jamarion Grady and Camarion Grady died in a drowning accident at Lake Pushmataha on the Choctaw Indian Reservation. Their bodies were found on April 17, and Camarion was airlifted to the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he passed away on Sunday.

The Philadelphia Public School District issued individual statements paying tribute to the brothers, describing them as vibrant and joyful spirits who brought laughter and life to those around them. Jamarion had dreams of becoming a real estate agent, while Camarion was a football standout who represented his school with spirit.

Students wore red and black in memory of the twins, showing unity and strength for their community. The Choctaw Tribal Schools and Neshoba County School District extended condolences to the family through social media posts. A funeral service will be held on April 26 at Jerusalem Temple Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi.
