UFC Fighter Bryan Battle Accused of Using Weight Miss as Tactic

UFC veteran Randy Brown is accusing his opponent Bryan Battle of intentionally missing weight by four pounds in their upcoming bout at UFC 310. During an interview with Sportsnet’s Aaron Bronsteter after the official weigh-ins, Brown expressed frustration and claimed that Battle’s team could have informed him about the weight issues days before the event.

Brown, who has never missed weight in his career, feels that Battle’s actions are unprofessional and might put him at a competitive disadvantage. The veteran fighter believes that Battle’s team intentionally wanted to make him suffer to gain an advantage in the fight.

The UFC 310 weigh-in results showed that only Battle missed weight, and Brown will receive 30% of his opponent’s purse as a penalty for the weight miss. Despite this, Brown remains confident and determined to overcome the potential disadvantage caused by Battle’s weight issue.
