The UK government has announced probes into so-called child grooming gangs in several areas, amid pressure from billionaire Elon Musk to tackle the decades-old issue. Home Secretary Yvette Cooper told Parliament she’d launched an “audit” to address evidence gaps in previous inquiries, focusing on ethnicity and other factors. The local investigations will be led by Louise Casey, a member of the House of Lords.
