Major airports in Chicago and Atlanta have seen a significant number of flights canceled due to the government shutdown. Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, which is the busiest hub in the world, each had around 60 flights taken off their schedule as of Tuesday afternoon. This represents about 5% of each airport’s planned flights for the day, according to data from Cirium.
