US Baseball Unveils 2025 Collegiate National Team Roster for Japan Series

US Baseball has finalized the 26-man roster for the 2025 Collegiate National Team, which will compete in the 45th USA vs. Japan Collegiate All-Star Series from July 8-13. The team features 10 USA Baseball alumni, including Eric Becker (Virginia), Drew Burress (Georgia Tech), and Jason DeCaro (North Carolina).

The roster boasts representation from 16 different schools, with Arkansas leading the way with three players. Georgia Tech, Louisville, Mississippi State, NC State, Oregon State, UCLA, North Carolina, and Virginia each have two players on the team.

Manager Andy Stankiewicz will lead the team, which will face Japan in a series of games across various locations in Japan. The team’s pitching coach is Rusty Filter, while Omar Johnson, Bill Mosiello, Carlos Muñoz, and Don Wakamatsu round out the coaching staff.

A separate Collegiate National Team Prospects squad will compete against the Appalachian League Select Team on July 4 at Atrium Health Ballpark in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The 2025 Collegiate National Team roster is available on USABaseball.com for the most up-to-date information.
