A federal judge has agreed to extend the deadline for Vance Boelter’s defense team to review evidence in his high-profile stalking and murder case. The trial, which could be months away, is now expected to take more time due to the large amount of documents and photographs involved. According to Manny Atwal, Boelter’s lawyer, one hard drive alone contains over 130,000 pages of documents, while another hard drive remains to be reviewed, requiring over 100 hours of download time. The government team has expressed readiness to proceed with their part of the case, stating they have “substantially completed” reviewing evidence and await a few more reports.
