The Southeastern Conference (SEC) has released additional game times and windows for Vanderbilt’s eight SEC games, just under two weeks after announcing kickoff times and television information for the first three contests of the fall season. The Commodores’ final two non-conference matchups against Georgia State and Utah State will take place at 6:30 p.m. CT and 11:45 a.m., respectively.
Vanderbilt’s game against Texas on November 1 will kick off at 11 a.m. The rest of the SEC games are designated with various windows, including early (11 a.m.-noon), afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m.), night (5-7 p.m.), and flex (afternoon or night). Flex games, which offer limited flexibility, will have precise times and broadcast networks announced 12 days prior to kickoff.
This is the second season that the SEC will use this system, designed to help ESPN and ABC present top games while providing advance knowledge of game timing for planning purposes.
