Verizon Raises Financial Guidance Amid Strong Q2 Performance

Verizon Communications Inc., the largest wireless service provider in the US, has raised its financial guidance for adjusted EBITDA, adjusted EPS, and free cash flow after delivering strong second-quarter 2025 performance. The company’s diversified wireless and broadband portfolio drove financial success, with a significant increase in net income, earnings per share, and cash flow.

The company now expects adjusted EBITDA growth of 2.5 to 3.5 percent, while maintaining its expectations for total wireless service revenue growth of 2.0 to 2.8 percent.
