A bidding war has begun for money manager Janus Henderson Group Plc as Victory Capital Holdings Inc. offered $57.04 a share to buy the company. This tops Trian Fund Management’s previous offer. The proposal would give shareholders around 38% ownership in the combined company, valued at about $16 billion.
