Kessler expressed his pride for Stockard in a caption: “Congratulations Abbie! I am so proud of you and everything you stand for.” This isn’t Stockard’s first title win; she was named Miss Alabama in 2024. The Auburn University nursing student aims to become a pediatric nurse anesthetist with a doctorate.
On the same night, Kessler achieved a personal victory, tying a season high of 17 rebounds in a Sunday night win over the Orlando Magic. He now ranks second for the NBA blocks lead, averaging 2.5 per game through 28 games, behind only San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama.
