Wall Street’s Top 5 Upgrades and Downgrades to Watch

Top 5 Upgrades:

Disney (DIS) is getting a boost from Redburn Atlantic, which upgraded the stock to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $147. The firm believes Disney’s streaming profit growth will offset linear TV declines, ending a decade-long structural headwind.

RBC Capital upgraded Carvana (CVNA) to Outperform from Sector Perform, seizing the opportunity after the company’s remarkable turnaround last year. Bernstein followed suit with an upgrade to Lululemon (LULU) to Outperform from Market Perform.

Top 5 Downgrades:

MoffettNathanson downgraded Apple (AAPL) to Sell, citing a steady drumbeat of bad news and concerns over Google’s payments to Apple being declared illegal. BofA also downgraded Tesla (TSLA) to Neutral from Buy.

Wells Fargo downgraded Tyler Technologies (TYL), while Bernstein downgraded Ross Stores (ROST). Truist followed with a downgrade of Datadog (DDOG) to Hold, citing unfavorable valuation levels.
