Warner Bros Discovery has agreed to talk again with rival studio Paramount after a new offer was made. This comes as Netflix remains the company’s preferred bidder. Paramount wants to buy Warner Bros for at least $31 per share, which is more than its previous proposal. The companies want to see this amount and other terms in writing before proceeding.
