Amazon Prime Video has announced that it will stream all seven seasons of “The Apprentice” for the first time. The business competition show, which originally aired from 2004 to 2015, saw 16 contestants compete in various challenges to win a job at Trump Organization and avoid being fired by President Donald Trump.
The show, produced by Mark Burnett, was a huge success during its run and helped establish Trump as a celebrity figure. It featured Trump’s three eldest children, Ivanka, Donald Jr., and Eric, as advisors throughout the series. The program also spawned several spin-offs, including “The Celebrity Apprentice” and “The Ultimate Merger.”
Amazon will release all seven seasons of “The Apprentice” in spurts, starting with the first season on Monday, followed by weekly releases for the remaining six seasons. The show’s return to streaming marks a nostalgic moment for fans and provides an opportunity to re-watch classic episodes.
Mark Burnett expressed his pride in producing one of Trump’s best shows, saying it was a “bona fide hit.” President Donald Trump also commented on the release, stating he looks forward to watching the show again and considering it a “learning experience” for everyone involved.
