Will Ferrell Golf Comedy Series Loses Executive Producers Over Creative Differences

Will Ferrell’s upcoming golf comedy series at Netflix has lost three executive producers due to creative differences. Ramy Youssef, Josh Rabinowitz, and Andy Campagna have exited the project, according to Variety. The leadership change took place last year, with Youssef and Rabinowitz originally announced as co-showrunners alongside Ferrell.

The series, starring Ferrell as a fictional golf legend, has seen some cast changes, including the addition of Molly Shannon in the role of Stacy. Shannon reunites with Ferrell, who starred alongside her on “Saturday Night Live” from 1995 to 2001. She is also set to appear in Netflix’s upcoming films “Driver’s Ed” and the adaptation of Emily Henry’s novel “People We Meet on Vacation”.

The golf project is executive produced by Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum, Alix Taylor, and several other producers via various production companies, including Gloria Sanchez Productions and T-Street.
