Residents are invited to attend the Wilmont Neighborhood Association’s annual general membership meeting on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Montana Branch Library. The event will feature speakers including Santa Monica Interim Police Chief Darrick Jacob and Mayor Lana Negrete, who will discuss topics such as public safety, homelessness, and city revitalization.
The meeting will also include food, prizes, and community recognition, with this year’s Wilmont Award recipient being honored. All members are welcome, and residents can join online or in-person. The organization provides regular updates on city issues and hosts various community events throughout the year.
