Microsoft has released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26200.5670 (KB5060838) to the Dev Channel, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing development cycle. This latest build introduces several new features, improvements, and fixes aimed at enhancing the overall user experience.
The passwordless feature, now integrated with 1Password, enables users to seamlessly sign in using their existing passkeys saved to the plugin credential manager or save new ones. The integration is simple and intuitive, allowing users to easily switch between different authentication methods.
In other news, Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel will see versioning updated under Settings > System > About (and winver) to version 25H2, denoting this year’s major update. However, some features may not be fully localized or localized will happen over time as features are finalized.
Users can turn on the toggle to get the latest updates as they are available via Settings > Windows Update*. This will allow them to test new features gradually and provide feedback before they are released to everyone in the Dev Channel.
The release also includes several known issues, such as touch navigation not working reliably in the Start menu or long wait times for intelligent text actions in Click to Do on AMD or Intel-powered Copilot+ PCs.
