A 57-year-old woman, Svetlana Dali, was released on bond after being accused of stowing away on a flight from John F. Kennedy Airport in New York to Paris. Delta Airlines flight DL264 was the destination, but she allegedly boarded without a boarding pass.
Dali will face federal charges for knowingly and intentionally bypassing airport security. She has not entered a plea and was initially held overnight before her bail hearing on Friday. The judge allowed her release under conditions, including a GPS monitor, curfew, and mental health treatment.
