The final two contestants for this year’s King and Queen of the Ring tournaments have been determined after the June 23, 2025 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw. Jade Cargill secured a spot in the queen’s finals by defeating Roxanne Perez with her Jaded finisher.
Cargill will face Asuka at this Saturday’s event, while Cody Rhodes earned his place in the king’s finals by beating Jey Uso in an even match. The winner of each tournament will receive a title opportunity against the world champion of their respective brands.
Other notable updates include a cancelled Intercontinental Championship match between Dominik Mysterio and AJ Styles due to medical concerns, as well as the addition of new matches, including Karrion Kross vs. Sami Zayn and Raquel Rodriguez vs. Rhea Ripley in a street fight.
The updated lineup for WWE Night of Champions 2025 is now set, with Cody Rhodes facing Randy Orton for the King’s crown and Jade Cargill competing against Asuka for the Queen’s title.
