Yahoo Expands Cookie Policy to AOL Family Brands

Yahoo is expanding its cookie policy to include its other family brands, including AOL, Engadget, Rivals, In The Know, and Makers. This move aims to provide more transparency and control over user data.

Users can currently view a pop-up message asking if they consent to the use of cookies and personal data for additional purposes. Now, the new policy will be applied across all Yahoo-owned sites and apps, including AOL.

Those who do not want to accept these uses may click “Reject all.” To customize their choices, users can click on the “Manage privacy settings” option. Alternatively, they can withdraw their consent or change their preferences at any time by visiting the “Privacy & cookie settings” or “Privacy dashboard” links.

For more information on how Yahoo uses user data, users can refer to its privacy policy and cookie policy.
