Yellowjackets Returns for Season 3 After 1.5 Years

The hit psychological survival series Yellowjackets is back for its third season after a year and a half wait. The show follows the story of a team of talented high school soccer players who survive a plane crash in the remote wilderness, but not without scars. The series explores their transformation from a thriving team to savage clans, as well as the lives they’ve tried to rebuild over the past 25 years.

The new season begins on February 14th on Paramount+ with Showtime, with the first two episodes available immediately. A new episode will be released every Sunday starting from February 23rd for the duration of the 10-episode season. To watch the series, viewers must have a Paramount+ subscription that includes Showtime.

The plot of Season 3 revolves around the Yellowjackets’ struggle to stay together as they face distrust and tension within their leadership. As summer arrives, they must confront long-buried secrets from their pasts and the dark truths they’ve been hiding from each other and themselves.

The third season features a talented ensemble cast, including Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, and Elijah Wood, who reprises his role as a recurring character. The show has received critical acclaim, with 100% “fresh” ratings on Rotten Tomatoes for both its first and second seasons.
