Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in the United Arab Emirates, marking the beginning of an official visit. During his stay, he aims to secure the release of more Ukrainians held captive by Russia.
Zelenskyy stated that bringing home his people is the top priority of his trip, which will also focus on investments, economic partnerships, and a large-scale humanitarian program. This visit follows Zelenskyy’s announcements earlier this month, where he mentioned visiting the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye in the coming days.
It’s worth noting that Zelenskyy will not hold meetings with Russian or US representatives during these visits.
